These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and dt999 (hereinafter "dt999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the dt999 website, mobile application, sportsbook, live casino, and any other product or service offered under the dt999 brand at https://dt999.cam and its subdomains.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the dt999 platform, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater. dt999 takes age verification seriously. Where KYC documentation indicates that a Player is under the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be returned to the verified payment method, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the dt999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in Restricted Jurisdictions may not register or use any dt999 service. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and associated provincial legislation. dt999 does not represent that its services are lawfully accessible in Pakistan. Pakistani users assume full personal responsibility for their access to and use of the Platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate or additional accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using shared devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dt999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers and immediate family members of dt999 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register as players or participate in any real-money wagering on the Platform.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to notify dt999 promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your Account profile or contacting support.
dt999 applies KYC procedures consistent with its licensing and compliance obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits are processed, withdrawals are approved, or at any other time at dt999's discretion.
dt999 operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. dt999 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by its licensing jurisdiction. Providing false documentation or misleading information during KYC is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. dt999 will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
dt999 lists available deposit and withdrawal methods within the platform Cashier. Availability varies by player location and account status. Payment method names referenced contextually on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for informational reference only and do not constitute endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money Balance; (d) withdrawal requests may be subject to internal compliance review before processing. dt999 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on payment method selected and the outcome of any compliance review. dt999 does not guarantee specific processing timelines but endeavours to process approved withdrawals within a reasonable period. Currency denominations, including PKR amounts where applicable, are subject to exchange rates at the time of processing.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal while holding an active Account Balance or having wagered deposited funds constitutes fraudulent conduct. dt999 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any such amounts through all available legal means and to report the incident to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
All wagers are subject to acceptance by dt999. A wager is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference is issued to the Player by the platform system. dt999 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where markets are suspended or where technical errors affect odds display.
Where odds, lines or payout figures are displayed due to a manifest error (palpable error), dt999 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled as a win. Errors include, without limitation, decimal point errors, incorrect game parameters, and system-generated odds deviating materially from the true market price.
dt999 offers markets across a wide range of sports, with particular depth in Pakistan cricket (home and away series, bilateral fixtures), PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament events including World Cups and the Champions Trophy, international football leagues, UFC events and other combat sports. Market availability, pre-match and live in-play options are subject to change without notice.
Winning wagers are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-sanctioned matches, or the relevant international federation for ICC events). In the event of a dispute between official results and third-party data feeds, the official governing body result prevails.
Full sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Those rules form part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.
Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at dt999's discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit), time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering contribution rates differ by product — sports betting wagers and casino game categories may contribute at different rates toward clearing a bonus. Players should review the contribution table for each bonus before accepting.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, with potential permanent account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; or any other form of abuse as determined by dt999 at its sole discretion.
dt999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus terms already accepted and actively in progress by a Player, except where the promotion was offered in error or where fraud is suspected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dt999 platform. Breach of any of the below provisions will result in account suspension or permanent termination and may result in referral to law enforcement:
dt999 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers, licensing authorities and law enforcement agencies. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, modify, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dt999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses resulting from technical failure, connectivity issues, or errors in odds display.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dt999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability without prior notice.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by consumer protection legislation, dt999's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting dt999 customer support via live chat or the support email address. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC and compliance checks. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
dt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where permitted, dt999 will notify you of the reason for suspension or closure.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Verified real-money balances held at termination will be returned to you unless subject to a compliance freeze, court order, or offsetting liability to dt999. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution and governing law — shall continue to apply.
dt999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dt999 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to dt999 customer support for resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over dt999 or its operators. Enforcement of any judgment or arbitration award may be subject to the limitations of private international law applicable in Pakistan.
